I followed the tutorial but it says "Access is Denied" when I tried to do the 7th step on Windows 10. Bummer! What am I going to do?

First I would like to sorry its ha been a long time since I have been back on. I hope that you got it working for you by now lol but just in case that if you did not I think that you may have just used the wrong Command prompt there should be two and you need to use the one that say Command Prompt (Admin) to get there on your desktop right click on the window icon on the bottom left corner (aka start button back in the day) go to Command Prompt (Admin) then redo it that should work for you I just tested it I do have windows 10.0.14393 version but I don't see a reason why it should not work on any windows 10 hope this help you and anyone that may have an issue on this matter.

Slayer, I thought it might be helpful if I contributed to your thread.  To reach step 4 in Slayer's tutorial on Windows 7:
  • left click Start
  • left click All Programs
  • left click Accessories
  • left click Command Prompt
  • right click Run As Administrator
  • left click Yes  when User Account Control wants you to confirm what you’re doing
Then simply follow the remainder of Slayer’s suggestions.
