Posting Screenshots (Update 6-4 17)
« on: August 13, 2016, 10:56 AM »
Just a reminder to all that when posting screenshots, it's best to use .jpg format, as they are smaller files and typically the best for posting on internet sites. A lot of you are using .png format, which are much larger files. These load much slower and can make the site very sluggish when viewing your threads. And .bmps are even worse.

And add spaces between each screenshot so they aren't all "stuck" together. It looks much better.

Thanks,
shyguy

Update to posting screenshots...

Your Planet Coaster screenshots will look so much better if you turn off the GUI by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + G.

When linking to screenshots from Steam, sometimes the forum software has a problem with sizing it correctly. If your screenshot comes out huge and "breaks" the forum page, add this [img width=800] to force it to resize to fit the page.

Sorry - not sure what this means... :(

I'm kind of glad it was not just me having the sizing problem.

Wowman, when you click the "Insert Image" icon it adds a tag of [IMG] to the beginning of your picture link.  Just replace that tag with the one provided above.  I haven't seen that problem with any of your posts though so whatever you're currently doing might be ok.
