It's cool looking at the changes in between shots including what was already there.

Wow. You definitely added quite a bit since you started. I keep getting Facebook memories of my RCT3 designs which is crazy! Time flies when you let your imagination come out.

Wow. Some of those scenes look exactly like the scenes in the real POTC, especially once you get into town. But the sections in the first part of the ride are very barren and in need of more details and action. I know you're not finished, so those areas may still be WIP. I look forward to seeing it completed.

Thanks for the feedback! Their is plenty of details in the first section like customer in the restaurant who aren't visible from the pov ride, but I'll try to improve it :)

WOW ! I have done this ride so many times and your recreation is fabulous ! In particular I realy like the beginning and the end section (from the gallion scene). The only thing for me would be the middle section (after the lift) and the prisons scene. I feel like these scènes lack of some detail and feel out of scale. Excellent job :)

Awesome job! I am loving how this is developing and becoming more and more realistic as details get added in.

I think you can build bigger skeletons out of the loose bones.

No you can't.

The main problem is that ship's wheel is way over-sized.

No you can't.

I meant IMAGINATIVELY using the loose bones, not just fitting them together per the instructions :).  I've seen folks make huge skeletons out of lots of loose femurs stacked together.

Alternatively, in this case you could make a smaller steering wheel out of one an iron wheel and some candy canes or something, then use the peep-sized animatronic skeleton.

Nicely done!  Lots of real audio clips in there, too ;)

One thing I miss, though, is the fireflies around the queue and station.  Is there a way these days, perhaps with some of the effect generators, to make fireflies?

Just watched the video, a lot of nice touches on this one.  Your Tortuga Village captures so much of the original charm, I smiled at the well-dunking scene.  I also liked the scenes after the village, the lightning and the treasure scenes were all very well lit and staged.  As was mentioned above, it did feel like there were some scenery gaps between the larger sets; definitely makes me want to watch a POV of the actual park so I can see how Disney filled those gaps. All in all, very well done!
