There's a lot going on for such an early phase.  I really like the filters in the last 2 shots, it sells the timeframe perfectly. Do you have any POV's planned?  Silver Bullet should be a fun one.

^ Thanks! I experiment every now and then with some filter effects. Possibly in the future! ;)

Wow, I had so much to catch up on here. The white supports on meteor look so awesome. Quite cool watching your old Meteor video and seeing how it's progressed from RCT3 to PC, although I did get possibly spoiled at the end... and I love how the Silver Bullet teeters over the edge of the pier for an extra little bit of "intensity". Great stuff!

^ Thanks man the supports took forever! Yeah the spoiler, but hey that may not happen! Yeah that's actually new in this version of the Silver Bullet train, adds a bit of fun to the ride!

PART 5: Lights go on!

What fun would it be at night? Well luckily I have some photos to show you just that, the newly added night life to the boardwalk!

^ The signs really draw your attention, almost like a casino!

^ The entrance in its own charm!

^ I must add I'm surprised the management didn't add more lighting around here, some dark areas. Maybe they will add some as the summer happens.

^ What was a kiddie fun pirate ship becomes a ghost ship at night!

^ Luckily they allowed my to take a few pictures inside! A much darker experience. I've talked the worker here, and he told me that in the daytime it is toned down and at night they turn the lights down on purpose! This corridor begins the journey...

^ A crooked chamber, I love these illusions!

^ It looks like a lazy pirate, waiting for something.. but what?

^ A pretty impressive scene, cool water effects. A few pirates are keeping away from the rough stormy waters.

(To be Covfefed! )

I think it's safe to say that this version of your funhouse exceeds the original.

^ Thanks that means a lot. Now with Planet Coaster, I really could do what I envisioned long ago!

Looks fantastic, buddy!!

^ Thanks Fish!

PART 6: Finale of Pirate Ship!

How nice of me to leave you guys hanging with the Pirate Ship walkthrough, oh well...
But we continue on our journey!

^ A shark gets a meal, we better not stick around to become dessert!

^ This room is rather large, its strange and psychedelic! Not too sure what is going on in here! Maybe a mad scientist?

^ The infamous tilted room in the ship, love this scene! A drunk Pirate looks confused as the ship hits furious tides.

^ Going downstairs into Scull cave...

^ The swamps before Scull cave, some treasure nearby! Better leave before other strangers appear!

-Has a staff of 4 operators in the ride.
-Owner based it off of Disney themed attractions, with its own twist.

Delightful!  I love the floorplans!

What a nice back ground story to this one, as well as for original rides.

It's a simple look at this place that will lift your mood up if your having a bad day. When it comes to visit, it's above and beyond light speed that this bad day will fade away, simply spending a short moment in.

Very entertaining, thank you.

-Imagination at work!

-We are the PC makers. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Resistance is futile.

Love this.  There's much more to it than I had thought, don't know how you came up with the ideas for all those different rooms, or how you managed to fit all that into the given space.

SO, if you don't mind me asking, is it safe to assume that all guests must ride the tilt a whirl after they exit?   :P

^ Thank you! It was a lot of work, and figuring out how the path would go.

^ I'm so glad my park could have such an impact, to change your mood from bad to good! That means a lot!

^ Yeah its an illusion, I love doing things like that. Making something that's small, appear big inside! Damnit, your right. That is how I did it!

Thanks for the tour of the pirate ship.   That's some great work!

SEASON ROUNDUP!

After every season the management puts out some information, that they will look to see how the park is doing, in terms of reliability, popularity, problems, and other information. Well today, I got my hands on the first year's report!

Some interesting facts in there!

But as a general survey for those who have visited but didn't fill out a survey:

What was your favorite ride and why?

What ride could be improved?

What would you like Pirate Reef Pier to add in the future in 1964?

Your custom ferris wheel looks photo-realistic in that report!  (as do the other rides).    Love the black and white shots, really sells the timeframe of this story.

I have lots of favorites :)  But the pirate ship is obviously the heart and soul of this project.

I would vote for adding a log flume, but I don't know my history well enough to know if that would fit into 1964 very well...

[Crap, I just saw that I'm an operator on The Whip!  :o I'm late for work!!!]  Haha, love that idea of making us all responsible, good job!!

I love the last few updates. The interiors of the Pirate Ship are even better than I expected! The floor plans and season roundup add a great touch to bringing this project to life. I was wondering why I didn't see any shots of peeps riding the Tiny Wheel, and then I saw that I'm supposed to be the operator. Since Mr. Wonder never lets me have any time away from WW, I guess the Tiny Wheel will never be functional, unless of course, you fire me and replace me with someone who isn't a slave to Mr. W. :P

Hey now that you remind me, the wages are kind of low!!! I think we need to unionize, guys, and fast! We're being taken for a ride here (pun intended). Seriously though, this is an awesome way to do an update.

Also "some complaints of wanting a bigger wheel" made me laugh  ;D

Hmm, you know what they say about women and technical stuff right  ?? I mean, I try my best! But sometimes there are just too many keys to be turned and too many buttons to push (although females are also known to be good at pushing buttons  ;D ).

Thanks so much for the honor of making me an operator as well though! I absolutely love this park, and your take on a pier park. The floor map of the pirate ship is SO well made! (how did you do that?)

Here are my survey results:

Meteor! Gotta love a woodie, and a woodie at a pier?

What ride could be improved?

Roll O Plane maybe. But I don't know really.

Congratulations for winning the SGW Rewards Challenge #14 for best update to a Planet Coaster park. SGW Rewards Challenge #14.

^ Thanks man! Glad you enjoyed the update!

1963 Fall Construction Update:

Well the first season is in the books, and now its sad as everyone leaves to go back to school, work, and stay inside as it gets chillier and darker earlier. But for me, this is exciting as I know Pirate Reef Pier is going to be working on adding some new rides, or updates! But first, a surprise as I read the newspaper today...

^ Hell? They are starting on a new ride already? But what could it be? I am perplexed!

More soon...

1963 Fall Construction Update:

Well with news of the new attraction being worked on, I had to go down and stop by for a look myself!

^ Winterization has already taken place on the pier, some rides are put into storage to protect from the deadly salt air.

^ The Pirate Ship is boarded up, to protect from vandalism. I heard that they use the inside corridors for small storage and crates.

^ I saw a construction vehicle on the southside of the pier.

^ The pier was expanded on the south side, and Silver Bullet's track looks to be expanding. A new concrete wall is in the process of being poured in forms.

^ And lastly I snuck down here to take a secret shot! This new concrete pad is beginning to be covered with a water adhesive, but for what?

1963 Winter Construction Update: Progress... Or is it? Or what is it!

Thought I would stop by and check out the progress on the new ride, it seems like they are making a bit of a dent on it so far. The weather is getting cooler, needed a jacket down here for sure! Enough with my talking!

^ Snuck down here, don't tell!   :P

^ Looks like they are building platforms, for something...

^ Overview of the ride area!

^ And next to the Meteor, some strange looking framework! I have a feeling we will be finding out more soon!

I really appreciate all the time and effort you're putting into this to make it a true story park. I feel that takes SO much more time in Planet Coaster than in RCT3. Everything is looking great and has your signature style to it!
