Hello, this is my first time I'm going to be starting an amusement park with the story already being designed, and starting with the story instantly! I hope you all enjoy this park as much as I have been enjoying it already! Stay tuned!

Come one, come all! A new amusement park just opened up in Georgia y'all! Lake Nottely Amusement Park & Camp Grounds invites you to visit the opening day ceremonies on March 10th 1962, where the old camp grounds of Lake Nottely have been transformed into a small amusement park that's fun for the whole family!

Admission is free, but each ride does cost $3 to $5 bucks, so come on in and join us in our celebration! We have a roller coaster, Ferris Wheel, Carousel and even a Helter Skelter slide!

We hope to see you there for the grand opening, and have a jolly of a good time here at Lake Nottely Amusement Park & Camp grounds!

I love the idea of an amusement park / camping ground, interested to see how you incorporate the camp part into your build. Also great to see some familiar blueprints going to use  Looking forward to seeing more!

Looks really nice!

It may be the angle of the pic, but it looks like the Helter Skelter is touching that alpine building! Ouch!

Great shots--love the panorama of the coaster. But could you separate your pictures with a space in between them for future updates? With them all merging together, it's hard to separate one from the next. Thanks.

Spoiler (hover to show)

After 1962 was wrapped up, there wasn't much that changed going into 1963, other than general trail improvements in the Camp grounds, 1964 was also the same case, but the park installed a new shop building and a new bathroom location

For opening day 1965, the park moved one ride, and added another!

Park officials thought about the designing and sightlines of the amusement park, and agreed that the Carousel should be one of the very first things you see when you enter the park! So the Carousel was moved to the front of the midway to be shown off as you enter the park, and they added a new ride where the Carousel once stood!

New for 1965, The Scizzer! This new thrill ride will take you around in circles as you hold on while forces try to push you away from the ride! It'll make you dizzy, and it will run fast!

After a very sucessful year in 1965 when becoming more known in the Georgia area after the addition of Scizzer, the park decided to save up money for another year to prepare for a possible expansion in the future, in 1967 the park added a new ride called the Parachutes.

The Camp grounds have also been becoming more active, and with that the north end of the trails were completely updated and were allowed to fit more tents into the area, this is the most popular camp site on the penninsula.

Once the 1967 season was over, the park decided to allow money to accumulate, of course attendance slowly dropped over time but 10 years later, they came out with a massive announcement! A brand new roller coaster called Corkscrew, that was designed by Arrow Dynamics!

Corkscrew features two inversions, and is 81 feet tall. It features a yellow and black colour scheme and is the tallest, and fastest roller coaster in georgia!

The ride opened to many great reviews, and the amusement park has had the best year ever in 1977 when the ride opened!
