Glad to see you post a thread :D
That's a nice bit of pathing. The intersection looks cool. I expect the main street (or whatever you do) will look awesome there!

The road between the tunnel and the intersection is the provincial road (country road). The intersection leads to the parking lot of the park.

The park is being built in the east of the Netherlands. Near the Motorway E30/A1.

The front view of the tunnel:

The 2 doors are only meant for the emergency tunnel. The traffic poles ensure that no cars can be parked.

The lighting for the tunnel itself has been installed, Only street lighting has yet to be placed.

The tower on the right is meant to remove hazardous substances during a fire. Fans are placed on the left to get clean air into the tunnel and emergency tunnel.

And a close up on the fans.

A small adjustment has been made to the fences. Lighting has been installed, only on the left side there is no light.
There is also a staircase built at the back of the terrain.

The main entrance of the Road Maintenance Depot. The building in the foreground is for security.

The building in the background is intended for offices and a monitoring control room for the tunnel.

The carport is intended for the maintenance vehicles. The white wall to the right is intended for the maintenance garage.

bird's-eye view:

View from the tunnel:

The Parking barriers at the main entrance of the Road Maintenance Depot.

The maintenance garage for their own vehicle fleet.

Front view of the office. The billboards on the roof are meant for the name of the company. the gate on the right side of the building is for the emergency exit.

The fire escape leads to the terrace and the upper floor.

The emergency exit can only be opened from the other side.

The fire escape is located on the right side of the terrace. The large window serves for the canteen of the office.

The roof of the office. The box on the right is for the elevator shaft.

Wow, you've really got that "behind-the-scenes" stuff nailed down.  You've also done a good job of not repeating yourself throughout.

I am loving all of this detail. Particularly with the access tunnel. Very detailed and thought out!

Thanks. Only I'm going to rebuild the area. Because I don't feel good about it.

---Rebuild---

The square path above the tunnel is intended for the exhaust shaft. When the shaft is built I continue with the terraforming.

The guest spawn is hidden in the hill.

The tunnel is divided into a roadway and an emergency lane.

Lighting in the tunnel.

The emergency exit to the emergency tunnel. On the other side of the tunnel there is also an emergency exit.

Lot of effort into rebuilding that.  It's like building concrete forms, very interesting.

I like the attention to realism very much.
The Road Maintenance Depot looks fantastic and I love the small canteen terrase and the small details all over.

Thanks everyone for the lovely comments.

The fans in the tunnels ensure that the air is purified during smoke development.

The fire hose cabinet is placed next to the emergency door.

The Emergency door just outside the tunnel entrance. I think there is something missing on the door.

I made a start on the exhaust shaft.

A view on the entrance. You can see the walkway along the road and the emergency door.

Top view of the Exhaust system. The fans provide fresh air in the tunnel.

The door to the engine room. The panels on the outside are intended for the fire department. Behind the red door there is the fire hose.

View of the exhaust shaft. During a fire, the toxic substances are removed via the exhaust shaft.

The pipeline is intended for water drainage and supply. The camera is aimed at the fans under the walkway.

Front view of the tunnel entrance. The tunnel exhaust shaft is clearly visible from the road side.

Hopefully all fans automatically turn off in a fire, right? :P (In a tunnel fire, the less air moving the better.)

Otherwise, I've always appreciated realism and you have taken that to a new level. Hopefully you get to the park someday. :P

I do not really know exactly how that works during a tunnel fire, but I think the emergency tunnels need air to.
I also hope that I can start park someday. :P

The cameras, fencing and security lights are placed.

The sliding gate is placed, which can only be opened by the control room in the Road Maintenance Depot.

Photograph made at the bottom of the hill. The Exhaust shaft is now well lit.

The terraforming has been completed. It has now become a beautiful hill. The Road Maintenance Depot in the foreground.

Start of the Road Maintenance Depot. The maintenance garage is linked to the offices. The building in the foreground is intended for security.

I made a start at the pedestrian tunnel. I only had to move the guest spawn.

The Entrance to the office building of the Road Maintenance Depot.

The back of the office building. The canteen is located on the first floor on the right. The Spiral Staircase is only intended in case of a emergency.

Here is another picture from the other side of the spiral staircase. A door will be later installed so that no unauthorized personnel can walk up the stairs.

Photo taken from above. As you can see, the spiral staircase doesn't take up a lot of space.

Photo taken from the roof. The air units are placed. The door in the background leads to a ladder and a elevator machine room. On the left side of the door there is the lightning conductor.

The Barriers to the maintenance parking. To the right is the security building?

The garage at the and is meant to keep the vehicles out of the rain.

The garage with the parasol is meant for parking the vacuum street sweeper and for maintenance.

View of the terrace which is connected to the canteen.

Lighting of the maintenance parking lot. Fences have also been placed around the parking lot. Only I think the building is too dark.

View of the intersection.

Intersection in the dark.

The traffic lights are placed. Only they are not triggered, maybe I will do that if it is not too difficult.

Signpost above the road. This road leads to the Highway A1.

A large sign has been placed in front of the building with the name of the company on it. Only I have to adjust the lighting on the sign.

A road narrowing which ensures that the speed is reduced.

The guest parking lot. Flower borders have been placed around the parking lot.

The lighting on the guest parking lot.

A concrete wall has been placed so that cars can't get off the road.

The name Salland's Adventure Resort comes from the region where the park will be located.
The park is located in Eastern Netherlands.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The tunnel entrance: The tunnel is 8 m high.
As a result, there will be enough room for a bus or truck. Fans will be installed soon.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The road that runs parallel to the main road is meant for the tunnel exhaust-shaft.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Global layout of the tunnel exhaust shaft.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
I try to include a night photo with every update.
So you can see how lighting can create atmosphere.

The Tunnel now has beautiful concrete panels at the front.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Close up on the fans. These ensure an air flow in the tunnel.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emergency Exit outside the tunnel. The Emergency doors can only be opened from the control room.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The emergency exit is located on both sides of the tunnel. You will also see the fire hose cabinet.
I think I should raise this a bit because I think it's too low.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
An opening in the tunnel, this is connected to the Exhaust shaft. This opening and the fans ensure that toxic fumes are removed.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lighting from the tunnel. You will also see that the Emergency Exit is lit on the right side of the tunnel.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
