Really good job with the lighting.  I like how it fades out from the "big city" around the entrance to the more rural areas in the foreground ;)

I don't think it's possible to take bad screenshots of this area. :)  So is the Congo area complete? Where to now; more Africa? Or on to Nepal? Lead and we will follow.

A small Serengeti section to close out this part of Africa. Started working on Nepal last week.

THX - glad you can enjoy my work.

Here is an overview map of where the park currently stands.

Yellow is the Port of Call
Blue is Harambe Market
Orange is the Congo
Purple is the Serengeti, that is completed and will be showcased next.

Here is what I have completed so far in relation to the entire park plan

Wow what an interesting park with different areas. The update before the last one is superb, the vibe of that area is beautiful, the night atmosphere is amazing. The buildings look detailed and realistic. The entire park is so huge; I am interested if your PC could handle that when it´s done. Such a great thing well done!

Ha - can't really handle it now. I'm working in 1-5 fps right now.

The many and varied water courses showing dimly through the overall map blow my mind.  Getting such intricacy in shorelines is a real bother for me even on a small scale, and you have a whole map of it.  Salute!

"Adventure" is the name of my park...and adventure to me means lots of waterways that can lead to adventures of the unknown. SO....lots os river and creeks in my park. The biggest issue I have with this is when I start messing with the shores or the land right off the shores and then I lose my water depth. Just have to be careful about that the boats still appear to be at the right level.

I like the map, wowman. :)  And it's going to be a hot collector's item one of these days, because the numbers under the Attractions title have differently angled drop shadows (I notice these things; it's a curse). And the registration is completely off on the numeral "1". :P  I'm keeping my copy of the map in a protective plastic sleeve till the price skyrockets, then I'm selling it for big bucks!

Looking forward to Serengeti with it's lions and tigers and bears... well, lions anyway.

lol - OBVIOUSLY MY ATTENTION TO DETAILS IS NOT VERY GOOD.  I copy and paste to much and don't even notice that. I promise to try to do better.

Quote: "I promise to try to do better."

NoNoNoNo! Make as many 'mistakes' as you want! Me being a little obsessive/compulsive, spotting stuff like that is what I live for. :P

Hmm. I just noticed that I made a mistake in my post that you quoted: in the last line, there shouldn't have been an apostrophe in "it's". >:(

And to stay on topic- I like how you added the "Train to Egypt" and "To Harambe and Port of Call" pointing to areas off-map. It helps orient us to the lay of the land.

I enjoyed the walk-thru, wowman. Very informative and interesting. I was going to say that I liked the queue for Serengeti Swing but then I saw all the other queues and realized that I like them all. :)  So many beautiful and exciting vista points here, especially the view from the bridge that you showed us. Looks like there won't be any Serengeti lions, but I like what I see so far.

THX guys!

Lets move into the Serengeti section of Africa. First off - I know, it doesn't really look like the Serengeti, its more of a name for an area in my part due to lack of creativeness on my part to try and name it better.

Its also an island, but that was just because of the configuration of how the park waterways ended up being in this area.

Here is an aerial view of the island so you can see how its laid out.

You cross over to the island from the rest of the Africa area over this stone bridge.
THX again for the Ruine pack by blackmanshadow.

Love the aerial view of the island. The shoreline, terraforming and landscaping look so realistic.

Nice photos. I definitely see the Epcot inspiration as I have been to Flower and Garden many times! The entrance sign to the Adventure boats queue looks cool as well. Keep up the good work!  :)

THX guys! The boat ride entrance is a modified blueprint I used. I will dig up who created that to giver credit where its due. I used this same entrance on the boat station in the Port of Call and plan to keep the use/theme of this consistent throughout the park.

Here is a closer look at the boat ride entrance. I also have another power station here (aritario's Electric Pole with Transformers by aritario and Electrical Transformer by Romeo.34). I did once again modify the transformer to make a smaller more to scale version of what Romeo originally created.

Here is the queue building for this boat launch. Its a bit of an Africa/Egypt theme as I originally thought this building would be more visible from Egypt, but after a few water and land modifications, thats no longer true, but I decided to leave it as is.
