Sky Tower

The Sky Tower gives guests the chance to view SeaWorld park and the surrounding city of San Diego from the top of a 300 ft tall tower.

The double-decker sky cabin slowly rotates as it rises, giving guests a breathtaking 360 degree view.

Adjacent to the Sky Tower station is this impressive, Moreton Bay Fig tree, which has occupied this location since the park opened in 1964.

These beautiful and majestic trees can be found all around San Diego, including Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo.

But enough about an old tree. To board the Sky Tower, guests head out onto the boarding platform where you can choose which floor of the sky cabin you wish to be on. Typically only the top level is open, except on very busy days.

Before boarding, you can get your photo taken and charged an exorbitant amount of money if you decide to purchase.

A small pond surrounds the two-level boarding station.

Up, up, and away!

From the sky cabin, you get really awesome views of the park's attractions, like the Manta coaster.

Dolphin Point, and beyond that, Orca Encounter Stadium.

The Orca Encounter, formally Shamu Stadium.

In the top center is the new Electric Eel coaster, flanked by the Nautilus Amphitheater and Journey to Atlantis.
