Hmm. I really have no idea on this one. I suspect the answer lies in the wording of your question: "professional" and "championship". Seems like he changed his name quite early in his career. So I'll say  B: 1.

Another toughie. I'm guessing the ultraviolet vision is used to locate food. Plus, only things that fluoresce will glow in UV light/vision. Seems like lots of things in the ocean are fluorescent... so I'll say  B: Blue whales. Although, why wouldn't other types of whales/cetaceans have UV vision? King of Siam sez: "Is a puzzlement."

I only remember the black was always in the middle, because I would open both sides rather than eat the black one!

Pretty sure it was  A: Agnus. A fitting first name for a Scottish last name.
