Surprisingly, the actual answer is only A. 46 million! According to their website, most Thanksgivings are multi family (or household) events, with four to five "households" at any one dinner. Makes sense. About 22 million turkeys are eaten on Christmas day.

In a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, who is it that invites not only themselves, but a number of friends to dinner at the Brown household;

A. Linus
B. Pigpen
C. Shermy
D. Peppermint Patty

Charlie Brown Thanksgiving: I saw that one only once, when it was first broadcast. And it wasn't one of my favorites. Which is why I only saw it once. So I don't remember who invited him/her self (and others). BUT! That sounds a lot like something  D. Peppermint Patty would do.

Alpha & Beta: I really have no idea on this one. Probably wasn't Univac; too early. What the heck; I'll go with  C: IBM.
