Neat concept for a ride, iEddiez; dividing it up into two show buildings: fire & water, heat & cold, red & blue... (I'll stop now). I like how the track goes briefly outside as the cars leave the station, and the gods of fire and water straddling the track as we enter the building. Excellent use of the spinning coaster to keep us disoriented and guessing as to what comes next. I was going to say that I missed your cleverly funny narration, but this isn't the type of ride that needs it-  fast paced, and it tells its own story. Nicely done. :)

Spoiler (hover to show)

This year at Silverscreen Studios we have seen a mix of highs and lows. Our newest coaster Elemental has not increased attendance as we had hoped. Perhaps we expanded too quick in the park too soon?

Our 5 year projection plan includes 0 investment within the Silverscreen Studios park itself but a transformation of the surrounding plazas.

We have something else up our sleeve which is going to blow you away, we are certain of that.

Anyway, bricks to lay, walls to paint.

See you very shortly (5 years)...

Looking forward to being blown away. :)

Quote: "I reckon a narrated ride should be on the cards soon... what do you think?"

Most definitely! I'll be waiting with bated breath, on pins and needles, wringing my hands, salivating... (okay, I'll stop now.)

Welcome Back!

It's been a while and whilst things have been tough at the park, we have still had a great few seasons.

Today we are happy to unveil our hard work.

Lets start at Silverscreen Studios

The Lake at the entrance plaza has been transformed into The Boardwalk. Full of seaside outlets and more.

You can now take a relaxing boat ride around the Lake or take a boat to the new resort hotel.

The Director Suites is your new luxury hotel. Closer to the park, closer to the fun.

We of course welcome the whole family.

We have also made some changes around the main plaza of the park.

You are probably asking yourselves "Why does the resort have a Monorail when everything is within walk distance?"

Good question, let us take a ride on said Monorail to see where we end up...

Well, here is the station at the other end.

We may or may not (we absolutely have) built another park!

This has been kept under wraps for quite some time. Another good reason why investment has slowed over at Silverscreen Studios.

We aren't quite ready to take you into the park yet but come back soon!

I really like that large round plaza with all the flowers and water (fountain?). And how it's framed by the monorail track encircling it. At first glance, the new park has a definite Disney vibe to it. Nice update iEddiez.

Spoiler (hover to show)

As Resort Manager, I get the pleasure of wandering the park as often as I like. Today was not filled with excitement sadly. I saw a lack of excitement and short queues for everything. Which is of course bad for business and investors will look down at the results of the investments.

People seem to be enjoying Elemental, but the queue was sitting at a comfortable hour.

Cop Out, 15 minutes....

Monster Hunter was operating on a 'if guests turn up' basis.

Heavy Metal, 2 hours! It seems that the most intense coaster (and first built) in the park is still pulling the crowds.

However, it's not all doom and gloom.

As you can see, the Resort Transport is testing and we now have a sign!

Rocket Restaurant has closed its doors and has been boarded up.

We will be adding a Hotel Exclusive entrance here in the coming months.

I'll leave you today with another lovely shot of the Resort Transport reflected in the Silverscreen Studios entrance lake.

See you shortly...

I love how the Elemental track banks outward as it makes that turn out of the station. I saw it in your video but forgot to mention it.

Why are there so few guests?! :scared:  Clearly it's due to the shortcomings of the guests, not the park, or rides; which are great! (Maybe this is just your way of letting us know that changes are coming. ;))

I really like the shot looking down Main Street toward the castle. Is there a ride inside the Castle of Wonder, or is that the Mad House? I love how the coaster goes through the 2 towers/buildings. Beautiful shot of the entrance of the Bubble Beer Tour.
