Work on the elevated walkway and pathing fences

Foreground is the next habitat to be worked on (snow leopards), but behind that you can see some of the rock work being completed along the barriers and den viewing area.

Work starting on the main viewing building/barn for hoofed animals/Education Center.

Entrance on one side of the leopard viewing building starting to take shape.

Foreground is what will be the habitat for mixed hoof animals (non African). Background is the building being worked on that will house the animals and have viewing areas.

Another quick shot of this habitat, which will be worked on next. The Monorail and the train actually pass through this habitat.

Looking down on the layout of this building.
Red is the leopard viewing and exhibits.
Blue is the Learning Center.
Yellow are the holding barns and viewing of the hoofed animals.

Working on scenery in front of the leopard viewing windows.

Scenery placement throughout the rest of the habitat.

I like the 'ruined temple' theme running throughout this habitat.

Very nice. I like those torchieres shaped like lotuses(?) outside the viewing building. Maybe you mentioned in an earlier post but, are there any actual leopards (or substitute animals) in this habitat?

They are leopards. Technically in the zoo they are amur leopards and these are a different species, but close enough

Inside the viewing building. Leopard viewing through the windows on the left and inside barn ungulate animal viewing on the right.

I like the mosaic artwork thingy hanging from the ceiling. Took me a minute, but I finally figured out that it was a leopard laying on a tree branch. ;)

The east side entrance to this building

This is where you also access The Learning Center.

I like those rustic trellises on the upper-floor walls. Is that something you came up with? I never knew that lily pads grew out from a central point like that. First day of the new year and I learned something new!

I like how the monorail (bi-rail?) goes through the hole-in-the-rock. I see leopards!

along the east side of this habitat there is also a viewing area that looks in on a cave-like den area for the animals.

Back entrances to the den

I think I like the middle pic best. It has a nice "you-are-there", guests' point of view feel to it. And we can see pretty much see the whole enclosure.
