I knew you'd be enjoying this game, Jay, as you've always been good at creating landscapes. And one of the main things to do in Planet Zoo is creating environments for the animals (and zoo grounds).

Well shy I think you know me too good hehehe. Planet Zoo is definitely even more Planet Landscape then Planet Coaster :) So we will see what I can create in this game. till now the only thing that stops my flow is my imagination. there are sooooo many scenery pieces iam totally lost. after hours I found new stuff and think, oooh I need to place that here and there haha :D

My "next" Project in my zoo will be a rebuild of a building from my local zoo.
I don't know if its maybe to big for my skills but you will never found out if your not trying it :)
will update you soon :)

I've played like 6 hours or so and slowly finding out what the game has to offer buildingwise. I must say, I'm a bit sad, that they didn't make so many improvements to Planet Coasters building mechanism. I mean only some parts are flexicolor? Further, I'm missing a bunch of pieces, like 1m poles, columns, etc. On the other hand, I really like the animals, lighting and all the trees, rocks and plants. Maybe it's just me, but builidingwise I feel more limited than in Planet Coaster.
Anyway here's what I've come up with:

looks good so far. but I totally understand what you mean. I think atm it looks like frontier did much on the foliage side but not on the pieces or building system it self. well they said at least in the last patch notes, that they now will focus on sandbox mode. so hopefully we will get more colors and better building things :)

Given the limitations and options, that's a darn good photo.  I'm was having the opposite problem where I kept finding things that in PZ that I wished we had in PC. :)
