Did/does anyone else work in the theme park creation industry in real life?

Title says it all mostly. I shared my story here when I was offered an internship with WDI a few years ago. I'm no longer with WDI, but still work in the construction of theme parks. Curious to see how it panned out for anyone else.

I've filled out questionnaires at WDW, USH, USO and SeaWorld offering my expertise!  I got a button at USH and a sticker at SeaWorld for participating... so that should count, right?

Spent the last year as an intern at WDI, and I'm now being converted on as a full time employee starting January. Has panned out well so far!

I do know of one other... but I'm not sure he like people to know his secret identity.  Ha ha. He is super-talented though and has worked on some really cool real-life projects.  :up:

I have a brand new indoor park that opened 10 minutes away from me that's gonna fail in less than a year, so I feel like I do.

Pretty close! So many of the people I work with have Architecture degrees (me included) and are in fields you wouldn’t expect. Not to mention the massive team of actual architects it takes to create these projects.
