[WIP] BEAST - Arrow Suspended Coaster CT (Update 12)

I've started a final attempt at an Arrow Suspended Coaster. I'm using FranceCoaster's Arrow Suspended Coaster CTR, combined with Sample Rocker's Track 5 Edits. I'm using multiple CS sets to create the catwalks and supports, as well as some extra track pieces from other rides.
I may yet change the color of the track. The red makes me happy as it reminds me of Big Bad Wolf. Other track color suggestions would be appreciated.  :D

Wow...!  That's some coaster.  Sound like one heck of a track combination.
Hope it performs as intended.  :)

Hell yeah! I've always wanted to see someone do an elaborate take on an arrow suspended coaster as it is one my favorite coaster types! Maybe dark or light blue for colors but I don't think it would fit with the greenery foliage IMO.

Hey guys here's a quick update. I've finished about half of the supports now. I had to play around with them to get them just right. Especially on the flyover that passes over the lift. I also changed the color scheme. I'm very happy with the layout. It starts off rather tame and gradually gets more intense. The Finale is going to be awesome.  :up:

I've added more details to the lift hill, and changed the color scheme again. I wasn't going to go with red track (because I've used red track too much recently) but I ended up using Big Bad Wolf's color scheme. RIP Big Bad Wolf. Any way I've added more details, added a tunnel and a bridge to pass through/over during the finale.

Thank you Francescoaster! I couldn't make this without your CTR!  ;D  I'm using CSF's Steel I Beam set for the H Beams.
The rest of the supports are a mix of:
  • Moby's Steel Jungle v2
  • Techno's Coaster Essentials Arrow Footers
  • Moby's Glasshouse and Frameworkx
  • Shadow's Coaster Nets
  • Fisherman's E-Stop
  • BigBurger's Timber 2.0
  • GRP- B&M Catwalks Set

Hey guys sorry I haven't made a lot of progress on this since the last post. I did delete a bunch of stuff and redo some stuff. I redesigned the station and queue. I also redesigned the drop, entrance to the first helix, and added some buildings to the helix. I also made the second helix a little wider.

Sorry for the long wait on an update guys. This update comes in the form of a video. I've made a lot of changes since the last update and decided to make a video talking about them. This will also include an update on my RCT3 Complete Edition park.

Here's the latest changes and additions to this project. I redesigned the finale, and moved the tunnel to the middle of the layout. I also added a mid course brake run. I removed the helix and replaced it with a lift hill and drop into the finale. I've also improved some of the support work.

Excellent work my friend. Really enjoyed the video.

You expert creators always make tracks that look so plain, and then blow it out of the water with scenery and object/terrain interaction. Always amazes me how a boring looking course can become incredible with the right scenery and setting.

Hate sounding like a broken record but everything is looking amazing! I think the red track with brown supports is great color combination for the theme you are going for.

As you guys already know, I have been on a somewhat of a hiatus this last year. 2021 was just rough and I had no motivation to finish any of my projects. Here is a long over due update on this project. I redesigned three parts of the layout. I also redesigned the village, and added a second tunnel.

Here's a small update for you guys. I didn't know what to do with this bit of land for a while. I played around with a few ideas and then I thought of a log flume. Francecoaster created a Log Flume CT that you can download in his thread. https://www.shyguysworld.com/index.php/topic,20427.0.html
 He also created a raft ride CT that you can download as well that even has working elevator pieces. I used the raft ride to create some small bodies of water around the log flume. I may make the log flume a full ride but for now I've only built this part.

Life has been a bit of a roller coaster since I posted last. I haven't had much time to work on my projects sadly. I didn't care for the station I had built and finally got the inspiration for a new one and I have to say it's probably my favorite that I've ever built.  :D

I have finished the final draft of the village and I'm really happy with how it's turned out. I also wanted to show off the suspended evacuation cart located at the midcourse brake run. I have never seen an actual photo of it and only noticed it in a onride POV. I merged two screenshots together for reference and did the best I could to recreate it. Lastly here are some POV screenshots for you all until the full ride is complete.  :)

I like the last screenshot the best, showing how the two rides intertwine. Plus all the rocks and cliffs, and of course, the village. All together, the scene has a rural/industrial look to it. Nice!
