Planet Coaster Parks / 2015 Season at Morrison's Appalachian Adventure
« Last post by gomantria on Yesterday at 10:04 PM »
American Eagle is such a classic! Reminds me of Rolling Thunder from Six Flags Great Adventure, it will be sad to see it go. Hopefully the area will have something worthy of a replacement in the future!
It really is! I sure hope the peeps find it worthy.

Hi there, I'm Sandy! Since my father retired at the end of the 2014 season, I have taken over his duties as Director of the Morrison Family Company's Entertainment Division. I'm looking forward to helping shape this park that our family has loved for so many years. I'm excited to present our beautiful park in the 2015 season!

Our skyline is forever transformed this year with the introduction of Tina's Tree!

At 410ft. tall, Tina's Tree is the tallest of its kind around the world-- and it's impossible to hide!

Are you ready to brace such heights?

Our favorite coaster-- the Morison Mine Co. underwent a massive renovation, including a new queue, station, fresh coat of paint, and a new chassis for the train.

Fingal's Flight is an exhilarating and heart-pumping flight across the midway!

Only the bravest captains will board this flight of insanity!

A brand new bridge crossing will provide more space for our guests to traverse the property.

Sea-Treats is a beautiful place to stop and enjoy a pastry or a hot coffee with your family and friends.

This year's additions join our already phenomenal lineup of thrill and family attractions!

Fingal's Flume keeps on splashing!

Unfortunately, Crazy Shroom will remain closed for the 2015 season.

We miss you, Eagle!

Sometimes, I like to just watch our guests burst with excitement.

John Henry's Hammer is still our tallest roller coaster and a guest favorite!

Morrison Mine Co. is still my favorite coaster. There's something special about flying around the mountain.

Shhhh! Don't tell anyone I showed you this.

Who knows what the future will hold!

Nature meets thrills-- the only way we know how to do things!

See you again soon!
This storyline is lovely! I spent the better part of the last hour catching up on the whole story and the progression is very well done. It's pretty difficult to put together detailed construction footage but you've done so all along the way. Realistic yet not afraid to make creative choices, nicely put together Plokoon, looking forward to following along!

Thank you all for your comments  :)

Nice picnic area, like it a lot. Adds a lot to your park. But I don´t like the illumination on the first picture. A light needs a light source. There are no lanterns or lamps. In addition to that it´s too bright. A more mystical color would be nicer. At day it looks better, the buildings are detailed.

For the lights I wanted to hide the light source to not break the ancient architecture and to avoid the visitors to see it, so I hide all the light source. But when I change the point of view you can spot it haha, if you take a look at the video you will see the light source ;)

We continue the progress of the park with the creation of the river station:

And here is also the link to the video of the 5th episode:
Well, I for one prefer the screenshot with the Standard settings. The modded one looks very muted and dingy; hard to discern the details.

Appreciate your honest feedback JB! Need to watch more tutorials to get the hang on it I think.

Hey, everyone! Can somebody please make a CS of this? I want to use it for my train station. Thanks!

I know the feeling, cody. Isn't normal a wonderful thing after the last year and a half? :)

I can't remember exactly where they are, but you have to be in the Scenario Editor to see/use them.

Strolled by the park to find fireworks testing. This comes after the announcement of some of the nighttime entertainment returning to the real world Disney parks. It was definitely missed during my last two trips to WDW, and I cannot wait for even more normalcy.  :D
