Will there ever be another expansion for that park, or is Shyguy under a permanent contract with Mr. Wonder now?
Sadly, it's true. My evil uncle has him under a very binding contract. It basically says, "Work for anyone else, especially Scooter, and you die." But that doesn't mean I won't be continuing to expand the park. I may even build a new one, if it makes enough money. May be awhile though.

I no longer work for my uncle. I have my own park.

Poor tortured Wonder employ. Hopefully he fares well with the brainwashing and doesn't end up like Scooter.
What do you mean?

Prof. Fate's Klown Kingdom is nearing completion. Here's a couple of aerial shots of the show building. The grand opening is coming soon!

Looks nice! I'm looking forward to some more indoor shots. Keep it up!
Thanks.

Here's another sneak peek inside Klown Kingdom during a test run.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. And shyguy thanks you too.

The new attraction gets a new sign and a name change. The style of the first sign didn't really fit and it was too foreboding. The new sign looks more inviting, lulling guests into a false sense of security.  ;)

Nice! Rolling Thunder was a great addition to the park! It's a really nice way of giving the park an attraction everyone sees when they enter.
Thanks Guy.  :)

Something new is coming to the Midway.

It appears that Prof. Fate is moving in.

That's wonderful!
Thanks, Alfredo. :)

Just a small update. Added a small fountain in front of the station.

I think the whole Indian Burial Ground rumor was just to get more guests to pay to enter the Haunted Trails, which was a total hoax.

My question is: How do you keep yourself away from the "radiation" in your park? Huh?
But to answer this question...here's a photo I took of my uncle with his photographer during their latest photo shoot.

I think this explains it, all too clearly. ;)

Adding a pod was a great idea! Water always makes dining seem nicer.
I think so too. Thanks. :)

Grand Opening of the new Rolling Thunder coaster!

The new Rolling Thunder opens, resulting in record-breaking attendance at the park.

The new Rolling Thunder coaster towers over the little town of Rolling Hills.

Also opening is the new Slingshot.

The Slingshot offers a birds-eye view of the park...if you can keep your eyes open.

The entrance gets its new sign.

The top of the first lift.

The new Rolling Thunder offers bigger thrills than the old version, but still keeping it a family-style coaster.

Thundering past one of the many pools dotted amongst the hills.

New landscaping around the Hillside Garden Inn includes this new little pond behind the dining area.

Yay! Candy! :D

I really like the suspended coaster! It kind of reminds me of XLR8R at the late SF Astroworld. Can't wait to see more! :)
Thanks, Guy.

Here's a pic of the boarding station. It's nearly complete. Still needs a sign but I haven't come up with a decent name for the coaster yet. :n00b:

The Midway refurb continues, with the new Sky Tower boarding station.

Another view of the Sky Tower boarding station. (And a sneak peek of 3 new attractions.)

The new Boba Tea stand and some minor refurbishments to the Wave Swinger and Swinging Ship.

On my latest trip to the park, I noticed that they'll let ANYONE into Wonderland park.

Who does she think she is, anyway? And why is that girl staring at her knockers?

This middle-aged guy is definitely a having a major identity crisis.

And what's up with this guy? Family-friendly park? I'd keep your children away from this park if I was you.

That looks really good! I love the vibrant and bright colors of the area. Can't wait to see what new attractions are in store! :)
Thanks.

Oh ya, and I decided to replace the wooden fences with new metal ones.

The Midway refurbishment is underway. The land will get new lamp posts, benches, and banners, as well as new ride queues with shade covers. The existing rides will be getting new paint jobs and you can expect some completely new additions to the land, including brand new attractions.

Ooh! Refurbishment! Can't wait to see how it turns out!
Me too!  :D

I hope it's not just slides like at your uncle's park.
Don't worry.

just a question: your transport Train, have you build that first? or After you build the whole park? i dont know when i should build my own. thnx for your inputs :)
The Wonder Acres Railroad was built during Phase One. So it was one of the first things that began construction. But it didn't open until the main lands were ready to open. As the park grew, the track layout was altered slightly, but remains pretty much the same as it was on opening day.

/\ Thanks guys.

Before Phase Four gets fully underway, here is an overview of the park at the end of Phase Three.

Say goodbye to the Rolling Thunder coaster. This is its final weekend before being shut down forever.

Rolling Thunder and the Double Ferris Wheel will be dismantled as the first part of the refurbishment of The Midway area and the second part of the refurbishment of Rolling Hills. Both lands will be getting quite a few improvements as well as a major new attraction for each.

The Rolling Hills refurbishment is nearly complete.

The new Wonder Acres Railroad station.

A view from the other side.

The Hillside Gardens Inn.

A brand new ride...The Crazy Barrels!

Overview of the Rolling Hills area.

And to my nephew, Scooter.

You are a traitor and not worthy of the Wonder name. Perhaps it's time I took a visit to your little park... :sneaky:
I think you've already made a trip to my park. That, or you sent Mr. White to do your dirty work. >:(

This is great! Why are the bumper cars closed? It doesn't look like anyone was hurt and riding a bumper car outside of the world could be fun. That guy in the bumper car crashing through the fence sure seems happy. I'd ride them.
Aside from the fact that those peeps on the bumper cars were never heard from again, I'm sure it's a lot of fun.  ???

But enough dwelling on unpleasant things...

Wonder Acres Phase Four

The next phase of Wonder Acres' development will be the refurbishment of the two remaining lands, plus some new, major attractions. The Rolling Hills area is the first to get a facelift, beginning with the Hillside Gardens Inn refurb.

I just took a little trip to Wonderland Park and thought I'd post a trip report...

The first thing I noticed were the horrific-looking entertainers. He obviously hired radiated mutants (or circus side-show freaks, I'm not sure which). Cheap labor and no expenditure for costumes! Nice little blue boobies.

What's this supposed to be? A six-armed, multi-racial ape mutant?

I'm not the only park guest who doesn't know what to think of these creepy entertainers.

A radiated, glowing faery creature?

There she is again, sitting on a bench. The politically_correct very yellow-rendered Asian guy doesn't seem to notice.

I was going to order something to eat from one of the generic food stalls. But I noticed that the food has all been pre-cooked and is stored in cabinets behind the vendor. No thanks! You can keep your rancid food, Mr. Wonder.

And I can see that my uncle was in such a hurry to open the park and start raking in the dough, that he couldn't even wait a day for the pavement to dry. This guy doesn't look too happy to have his shoes stuck in wet cement. And that's not a salad he's eating. It's a moldy pizza!

Here's one I just can't figure out. Apparently, bracelets shaped like a plate of food are the "in" souvenir to buy at the park.

This guy's got one too. They probably taste better than the actual food served at the park.

I have to admit that I was surprised to see Mr. Wonder hired a staff to keep the park clean. And then mortified to see them using brooms to clean up the pee! Gross! Perhaps he should train his employees before setting them to work.

All and all, Wonderland Park is a simply crappy and disgusting park.

28
The Bumper Cars will remain closed for further investigation. (Not sure why Quinn "Likes" the fact that my Uncle might be behind this.  >:()

In the meantime, here's a pic of the refurbished Railroad Station.

29

Oh no! Something really strange, and terrible, has happened with the Bumper Cars. The cars have crashed out of the building!  :scared:

The peeps are driving the bumper cars across the ocean!!

Proof that the world is flat.

This is the first disaster to hit Wonder Acres! What could have caused this??
