FYI guys he said he didn't particularly want to turn off custom supports since scenery doesn't touch the track. I believe you have to have a pretty good chunk of land to kill the footers completely from coming through.
I wasn't saying to kill all the support. You can selectively remove the ones where you want to build custom ones

turn off the supports, or remove just those supports, and then add the I-beam scenery piece/supports where you want them

OK - when I have had issues like this in the past...it could be a loose or bad monitor cable...check that out as well.

Also, you may have accidently clicked this color when selecting this piece. On some pieces I believe the last color selected is saved until changed. any piece you select with the same skin will default to that color

As you come back into the warehouse, you have to of course head through a decontamination process after visiting the mothership. Here is where you head into that area.

where you then enter the warehouse and the unloading station where the adventure ends.

Planet Coaster Parks / Star Wars Land - Mustafar, the volcano planet

Here are a couple shots of this park I'm building.
Working on the main street area (Coruscant) with a Jedi Temple as the park icon. There is a coaster inside the temple.
Planning on adding the following themed areas:
Dagobah
Hoth
Tantooine/Jakku
The Moon of Endor
Naboo
Maybe Mustafar, or locations from Rouge One, or emulate what Disney is doing in the parks.

Here are a few pictures of Coruscant

Your threads illustrate Weber’s Sci-Fi sets used at their very best.

The shipping container looks like it's floating out in space which makes a great screenshot.  It reminds me of that scene in Galaxy Quest where they opened the airlock and the contents of the airlock moved explosively.  The dots of light in front of the shipping container make the image look like an explosion has taken place.  At first I thought the riders were being treated to a ride event explosion.  Standard everyday objects in a sci-fi setting is effective use of CS.

I like the idea of your ride slowing to go down that elevator shaft at elevator speed.

Don’t worry about your lack of progress on your anti-gravity room for now.  I’m sure one day you’ll be working on something else and then … wham … you’ll be hit by inspiration like a bolt of lightning, and then we’ll have another update to enjoy.

yes - this is a great set and combined with the pieces from a variety of others...I thought it came out pretty good. I like what PC has as far as sci-fi to work with, but I really wish and hope UGC will eventually be part of that game. I'm making a Star Wars park in that game and its coming out very well so far. I need to post it to this site, just behind on my updates.

The Sci-Fi atmosphere in these scenes is perfect! And the scene you consider the weakest is my favorite, because it conveys the feeling of being in the emptiness of space so well.
THX - what I didn't like about it is that it doesn't flow, or fit with the ride very well where its placed. You are in a mother ship, that is in an Area 51 hangar, and you leave the ship and enter back to the hangar, but you pass through a star field?? kind of a lack of flow. I wanted the room to be a room of floating objects, without the stars, but like I said - - it just wasn't working for me.

After passing back down the hallway, you enter another elevator shaft and decent back down a few levels in preparation to leave the mothership. this looks intimidating, but it is a slow elevator like decent.

Where you go through a few more command center type rooms

Where you then enter what I think is the weakest part of this ride. I struggled with this room and the layout of the track. After days of messing with it, I decided to leave it in this state and move one. The concept was as you leave the ship you go through some sort of anti-gravity process, but it ended up being a basic star room. Sorry for a lack of completion here. It was to have floating objects, etc. and I simply didn't have enough room to do what I wanted to do.

As you leave this anti-gravity room, you land back at level 1 where the adventure started.

Then the vehicle moves into the rather spacious docking bay where several smaller ships are seen inside this mother ship.

Then you head back down the hallway

In the fourth image I like how there's habitable space on one side of the glass and on the other side of the glass there is the vacuum of space.  What a view!

Is the train stopped there because someone's about to open those doors?   :shifty:
No stopped trains on this ride...continual movement...but you never know

After leaving the detention area...you head down a few long halls and towards the docking bay.

Then you drop down into the alien detention area where you meet a few of them face to face.

and then continue to another part of the ship
